Nitaya S. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and development. Nitaya has held prominent positions including Human Resources Manager at HMC Polymers Company Limited since September 2012, and previously served as Human Resources Director at Triumph Aviation Services - ASIA for a year. Prior roles include Senior Manager of HR Management (ASEAN) at General Motors and HR Development Manager at Star Petroleum Refining. Nitaya began a career in human resources at Thaioil Group as a Senior HR. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Management and Consultancy from the University of Reading, a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from NIDA Thailand, and a Bachelor's Degree from Chiang Mai University.
