Marlon Giovanni Rojas Cancinos began their education in 1993 at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications Engineering. Marlon Giovanni completed this degree in 1997. In 2005, Marlon returned to Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala to obtain a Master's degree in Project Management, which they finished in 2007. In 2015, they attended the Colegio de Ingenieros de Guatemala, CIG, to pursue accreditation in Project Management for ICTs and BPM following the PMI standard.
