Olugbenga Falona has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Olugbenga started their career at Accenture in 2006 as a Finance Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for SOX compliance reporting, managing various financial processes, coordinating outsourced activities, treasury management, and overseeing audits. Olugbenga held this position until 2015.

In 2015, Falona joined Microsoft as a Finance Manager. Olugbenga was responsible for revenue planning, reporting, and insights processes within the subsidiary. Olugbenga Falona holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance, which they obtained from Walden University from the years 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Accounting at The Federal Polytechnic, Offa from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Microsoft-INSEAD Online Business Strategy and Financial Acumen - Distinction from INSEAD Executive Education in January 2017 and Institute of Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in November 2009.
