Kaitlyn Gibson

Kaitlyn Gibson has over a decade of experience in creative development and design, currently serving as Creative Development Manager at HMS Mfg. Co. since January 2012, where guidance and oversight of the creative process is provided while leading a diverse team of product and graphic designers. Previous roles at HMS Mfg. Co. include Creative Design Manager, Senior Creative Designer, Color, Material, Finish Designer, and Industrial Designer, where responsibilities encompassed leading design processes, developing product concepts, and collaborating with various teams. Earlier experience includes a Basic Skills Skating Instructor role with the City of Birmingham and an internship in Global Consumer Design at Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on color and material design. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Product Design with a minor in Crafts from the College for Creative Studies.
