Claude Schoeffer

In 1981 Claude began his seafood journey with the largest importer in all of Chicago. In 1987, he went out on his own and started Expack Seafood. Things went well for Claude and in 2004 both he and Expack joined the H & N family. As a father of four (and grandfather of two), Claude spends a great deal of time with family. They enjoy the outdoors and often hike, ski, or play any number of sports together.
