Andrew Gates

Andrew Gates has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Andrew started their career at K&B Transportation in 2004, where they worked in risk management until 2010. Andrew then joined Renewable Energy Group as a financial analyst in corporate finance and investment banking from 2011 to 2012. Andrew also worked at Iowa State University as a graduate assistant from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Andrew joined Quad City Bank & Trust as a financial analyst, before moving on to Pearson North America as a senior financial analyst from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been employed at HNI Corporation, where they have held various positions including senior financial analyst, financial planning & analysis manager, operations controller, and senior finance manager. Currently, Andrew holds the role of Director of Finance at HNI Corporation, starting in 2023.

Andrew Gates has a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Iowa State University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Briar Cliff University between 1998 and 2004.
