Matthew McCullough

Matthew McCullough is an experienced engineering and quality management professional with a strong background in product support and lean manufacturing principles. Currently serving as Product Support Engineering Manager at HNI Corporation since April 2013, Matthew has held multiple key roles including Quality Manager for Laminate Operations and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included developing robust manufacturing and quality plans and delivering quality assurance excellence. Prior to HNI Corporation, Matthew worked at Cobham as Value Stream Manager, managing operations for OEM production, and at Solar Plastics, Inc. as Technical Manager, where significant productivity improvements were achieved. Matthew also has experience as a Sales Engineer at eServ, a Senior Engineer at Pella Corporation, and Manager at Solar Plastics, Inc. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Industrial Education & Technology from Iowa State University.
