Elizabeth Pickering

Elizabeth Pickering is a Senior Medical Technologist at HNL Lab Medicine since August 2020, where responsibilities include performing PCR testing, DNA probe testing, and managing patient specimens with rigorous adherence to standard operating procedures. Elizabeth has extensive experience in quality control, training personnel as a second shift team lead and SunQuest software "Super-User." Previous roles include Manager at Sunset Grille, where Elizabeth advanced from hostess to manager over an eleven-year tenure, and Microbiology Lab Assistant at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Elizabeth holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Clinical Microbiology from Weber State University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular/Cellular/Microbiology and Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, alongside an Associate's degree in Health Services from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
