Heather Moyer

Heather Moyer has extensive experience in the telecommunications, utilities, and IT sectors. Heather is the President/CEO and Founder of HNM Systems, where they provide direct hire, contract to hire, and professional placement services. Additionally, they offer turn-key engineering services for the design of outside and inside plant, power utility, and Wi-Fi systems. Heather has established a reputation for delivering high-quality candidates and ensuring exceptional customer experience through their industry expertise and proprietary screening process.

Heather is also an Official Member of Forbes Business Council, starting in December 2020.

Prior to founding HNM Systems, Heather worked at Conde Group, Inc. where they held various roles. As President, they were responsible for sales, production, efficiency, quality, service, and cost. As Vice President/General Manager, they focused on matching the best candidates for clients' specific IT and project management needs. In their earlier role as Manager of Accounts & Recruitment, they specialized in providing qualified professionals for wireless, financial, and manufacturing industries, helping clients achieve project success.

Heather Moyer attended San Diego State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business.
