Becky Rehorn

Becky Rehorn, DM, CPSM, currently serves as the Public Engagement and Communications Manager at HNTB, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Becky held roles as Associate Vice President and Director of Communication at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from January 2022 to December 2024, and as Chief Marketing Officer and Regional Marketing Director at Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers from February 2015 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as CEO/Creative Director of The Alpha Omega Strategy from March 2002 to February 2015, VP of Marketing at Morrison Communications, Inc. from November 1998 to February 2002, and VP of Marketing at Lakeway Regional Hospital from April 1997 to October 1998. Becky started the career as Marketing Director at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. between 1988 and 1996. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Management (in process) in Organizational Leadership, an MBA in Marketing, a B.S. in Business with a focus on Marketing and Communications, and a degree in Music, Music Theory and Composition from Tennessee Technological University.
