Clay Packard

Clay Packard, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and systems engineering. Current responsibilities as Principal Software and Systems Engineer at HNTB began in April 2021, following a role as Software Engineer at VHB from October 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, Clay held the position of Senior ITS Software Engineer at Atkins from February 2009 to October 2017 and worked as a Research Engineer at Southwest Research Institute from May 2005 to February 2009. Clay obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2004 and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2004, both from the University of Oklahoma.
