Koren Britt Copps is an experienced Senior Project Manager who has worked in various engineering and managerial roles at companies such as HNTB, OAC Services, Inc, Sound Transit, CKC Structural Engineers, Allan and Conrad, Inc., O'Donnell, Naccarato, Mignogna & Jackson, Inc., and Wilbur Smith Associates. With a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, Koren has a strong background in managing full capital project life cycles, directing technical standards and requirements, quality assurance engineering, and structural engineering. Their expertise lies in developing and improving quality procedures in compliance with the Quality Management System, as well as system thinking leadership to ensure alignment with agency strategic goals.
