Michelle Dippel

Michelle Dippel serves as the Executive Vice President and Western U.S. President at HNTB, overseeing a team of 140 infrastructure professionals and managing operations in multiple Texas cities. With a rich background in transportation and environmental services, Michelle previously held leadership roles at HDR and HNTB, where responsibilities included driving growth, developing client relationships, and managing significant projects across Texas. Early career experiences included positions at Spectra Energy, SWCA Environmental Consultants, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, complemented by advanced degrees in Archeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
