Theodore Gargagliano is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in leadership and program management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager and Vice President at HNTB since January 2022, Theodore has previously held key positions including Senior Vice President National Aviation at WSP and Vice President East Region Aviation Leader at HNTB. With a strong background at Parsons Corporation as Vice President of Business Development Aviation, Business Development Director, and Senior Project Manager, Theodore has developed a solid foundation in the aviation sector. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of South Florida, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Troy University.
