Jonathan Plouffe

Jonathan Plouffe possesses extensive experience in technical roles, particularly within the gaming and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Slot Bench Technician at Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells since January 2019, Jonathan specializes in board level repair, touchscreen and monitor repairs, as well as power supply board maintenance. Previously, as General Manager at Family Entertainment Group from May 2013 to November 2018, responsibilities included managing a team and troubleshooting arcade game issues. Jonathan's earlier positions include roles at Flambeau, Inc. in blow molding and quality control, as well as a Field Technician at NAMCO CYBERTAINMENT INC., where game troubleshooting and staff management were key duties.
