Caroline Matthew

Caroline Matthew has a diverse work experience predominately in the field of corporate compliance. Caroline started their career as a Compliance Intern at Molina Healthcare in 2009. Following that, they worked as a Compliance Specialist at Providence Health & Services from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they joined the County of Orange as an Administrative Manager I - Compliance Analyst. Caroline'snext position was at Hoag Health System, where they held various roles including Privacy & Compliance Manager from 2013 to 2020, Principal of Corporate Compliance Services from 2020 to the present, and recently, they became Senior Principal of Corporate Compliance in September 2022.

Caroline Matthew obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Services Management from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Health Care from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Caroline also holds certifications in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) and Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association, which they obtained in 2013.
