Joelle Brunette

Joelle Brunette, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Joelle began their career as an HR Generalist at Carolinas HealthCare System in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Joelle then took on the role of Human Resources Manager at Horsemen Investigations from 2008 until 2010. Following that, Joelle Brunette joined Alliance HealthCare Services as a Human Resources Manager and worked there from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they are serving as the Principal Employee Relations at Hoag Hospital, a position they have held since 2012.

Joelle Brunette, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Irvine. Joelle also pursued studies in Developmental and Child Psychology at the University of Leeds. In addition to their educational background, Joelle obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2019. Joelle also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University, acquired in 2009.
