Tina Nguyen has a wide range of experience in healthcare administration. Tina is currently working as the Director of ASC Business Office Operations at Hoag Orthopedic Institute. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Administrative Manager in Perioperative Services at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals. Before that, they served as the Revenue Cycle Manager at Allied Anesthesia Medical Group, where they analyzed revenue cycle trends, performed profitability analysis, and provided financial support for executive level projects.

Tina also has experience as the Director of Business Office Operations and Business Office Supervisor at Pavilion Surgery Center, LLC, where they improved physician surgical blocks, coordinated new service lines, and implemented an audit process for medical records. Tina Nguyen, MHA, has a strong educational background in healthcare management and leadership. Tina earned their Doctorate of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management and Leadership from California Intercontinental University, where they studied from 2022 to 2025.

Prior to that, Tina completed their Executive Master of Health Administration at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2018 to 2020. Tina'sfocus during this program was on Health Administration.

Tina's educational journey began at UC Irvine, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Health Policy. Tina attended UC Irvine from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Tina has also obtained a certification as a Certified Specialist in Accounting and Finance (CSAF) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in March 2021.
