James Goree

James Goree is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Preconstruction Technology Manager and previously as Business Analyst at Hoar Construction since September 2019. Prior to this role, James was the Regional Precon Director at HPM from November 2018 to August 2019 and held several positions at Hoar Construction, including Virtual Design & Construction Manager from July 2016 to October 2018. James also worked as Senior Preconstruction Manager at HPM for a decade from July 2006 to August 2016 and as Field Engineer at Robins & Morton Group for nearly a year. James began the career as Graduate Teaching Assistant at Auburn University, supporting Building Science Professor Linda Ruth during the 2004-2005 academic year. Academic qualifications include a Master of Building Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, both obtained from Auburn University, as well as a high school diploma from Victory Baptist School.
