Helen Takle is a seasoned digital experience professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various digital marketing roles. Currently serving in a Digital Experience capacity at NatWest Group since October 2023, Helen has also been a Digital Product & Optimisation Manager at Hobbycraft since June 2019, where key responsibilities include overseeing the product roadmap for craft workshops. Previous positions include Digital Experience Architect at LV= and Online Experience Manager at Ageas 50, where Helen led strategic initiatives in user experience, digital content management, and e-commerce campaigns. A graduate of the University of Cardiff with a BSc in Psychology, Helen also holds a CIM Digital Marketing Award with Distinction and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge College of Marketing.
