Mike Shuck

Mike Shuck worked as a Private Consultant since April 2017. Prior to that, they served as an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at HOBI International, Inc. from September 2013 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for environmental, health and safety practices at multiple facilities and certification responsibility for Responsible Recycling (R2), ISO 14001, and RIOS. Additionally, they worked as a Lean Operations Manager at the same company from November 2009 to September 2013, where they implemented lean principles to reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase value-added services. Before that, they served as a Manufacturing Specialist at the Chicago Manufacturing Center from 2006 to 2009, providing assistance to small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses. Prior to that, they were the VP of Operations at Crane Composites from January 2000 to April 2006. Mike also worked as a Plant Manager at Sun Chemical from April 1997 to October 1999, and held various positions including Director of Operations Europe, Plant Manager, and Technical Manager at USG Interiors from June 1978 to October 1996.

Mike Shuck obtained their MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002.
