Emma Highwood

Emma Highwood currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hockey NSW, a role commenced in March 2022. Prior to this, Emma served as the Head of Community Football for NSW/ACT at the AFL - Australian Football League from November 2020 to March 2022. Emma also has a significant tenure at Football Federation Australia, where the role as Head of Community, Football Development and Women's Football was held from January 2009 to September 2019. Emma is equipped with a Master of Science in Sports Management, obtained from Northumbria University between 2005 and 2006.
