Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and sports broadcasting. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sports Broadcast Solutions since August 2020, Kyle specializes in recruiting videographers, on-air personalities, and account executives. In addition to this role, Kyle actively engages in play-by-play commentary for various sports, including rugby, hockey, and volleyball, across multiple platforms such as FloSports, HockeyTech, and Naperville Community Television. With a background in human resources from roles at Connor Manufacturing Services and various administrative positions in local government, Kyle has a robust skill set in both recruitment and sports commentary. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Waldorf University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Marquette University.
