Kasey Hafer

Kasey Hafer, PharmD, serves as the Clinical Manager of Operations and Staff Pharmacist at Gifthealth since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Pharmacist at Hocking Valley Community Hospital and as Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist at Walgreens from August 2019 to March 2022. Previous experience includes a Pharmacy Intern position at Walmart and a Pharmacy Technician role at Kroger Pharmacy. Kasey also worked as a Payroll Coordinator at Ohio University from April 2012 to December 2014 and as a Manager at Michael's Ice Cream from April 2010 to August 2012. Kasey earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry Pre-Pharmacy from Ohio University.
