Tim Thompson

Tim Thompson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Tim has held various leadership positions in different companies. Tim's most recent role was as Chief Operating Officer at Hodge since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at Hodge from August 2022 to August 2023. Before joining Hodge, Tim served as the Head of Technology at Cumberland Building Society from February 2020 to August 2022.

Earlier in their career, Tim held the position of Head of Business Change at Hitachi Capital from June 2017 to January 2020. Tim also worked as the Director of Change at HML, which is part of the Computershare Group, from an unknown start date to May 2017. Before that, Tim held various roles at HML, including Director of Change Delivery, IT Programme Manager, Product Development Manager, Business Analysis Manager, Technical Analysis and Architecture Manager, and Technical Unit Manager.

Tim's work experience also includes a role as an IT Consultant at GMAC Residential Funding Corporation E.F.C., S.A. from an unknown start date to 2001, where they focused on business analysis, system design, software development, testing, and production support.
