Hayley Zink

Hayley Zink, APRN, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Owner/APRN at Pratt Community Health Clinic, PLLC since January 2023 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hodgeman County Health Center since March 2022.
