Henrik Andersson

Henrik Andersson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Henrik began their career as a Head of Office at Chalmers Asia, overseeing technological and economical development in East Asia. Henrik then worked as an Inventory Manager at Volvo Car Corporation before joining Det Norske Veritas as a Student Project Manager and later as a Consultant.

In 2010, Henrik joined the Norwegian Ship Owners Association as a Maritime Trainee, where they underwent educational modules in Norway, Singapore, and London to gain knowledge in the maritime and oil and gas industries. During this time, they represented different companies and had a background in engineering, law, and finance.

Henrik returned to Det Norske Veritas in 2010 as a Consultant, working until 2013. Henrik progressed to the roles of Manager Technical Fleet Management and Environment and Head of Risk Management, responsible for various aspects including loss prevention, performance monitoring, and digitalization of vetting scheme.

Currently, Henrik is the Head of Sustainability at Høegh Autoliners, leading the company's efforts to reduce environmental impact and improve fuel efficiency. Henrik prepares the company's ESG report, meets with customers, and stays updated on engine and fuel technology.
