Laura Exner

Laura Exner has a diverse background in HR and communications, with significant experience in leadership roles. Laura is currently the Chief HR & Communications Officer at Høegh Autoliners AS since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff from December 2019 to December 2020, and as the Head of Global HR from February 2019 to November 2019 at the same company. Before joining Høegh Autoliners AS, Laura worked at PwC Norway as the HR Leader from September 2013 to January 2019. Laura also held the position of Senior Manager - Human Capital at PwC from August 2012 to September 2013, and Senior Manager - Knowledge Management at PwC Norway from September 2011 to August 2012. Starting their career, Laura worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the Ministry of Research, Science + Technology from April 2002 to October 2002, and as a Customer Service Officer at ASB Bank from January 2001 to April 2002.
