Raymond Harmer

Raymond Harmer is an experienced professional in maritime operations with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Höegh Autoliners since June 2022, Raymond oversees port and terminal activities across the Americas region. Previously, Raymond was the Area Operations Manager at NYK Line from August 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Port Captain for Baltimore and Newark. At Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, Raymond held the roles of Operations Team Leader and Vessel Operations Supervisor from August 2005 to August 2013, leading a team of Port Captains and managing cargo operations. Earlier in the career, Raymond worked as a Third Mate at Seabulk Tankers, Inc. from July 2003 to July 2005. Raymond holds a degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, completed in 2003.
