David Nak is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and food and beverage management. David currently serves as Head of Operations and Commercial Manager at Hof van Saksen since December 2020. Previously, David held the position of Director of Food & Beverage Operations at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from October 2017 to October 2020, and served as Director of Food and Beverage at The Shelbourne Dublin, A Renaissance Hotel from May 2016 to October 2017. David's career includes notable roles such as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Okura Amsterdam and Events Operations Manager at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, where David was instrumental in the hotel's opening.
