Rogier Smelt

Rogier Smelt is an experienced construction professional with a focus on renovation and project coordination. Currently serving as Uitvoerder renovatie at Hof van Saksen since January 2023, Rogier oversees the renovation of high-quality farmhouses. Simultaneously, Rogier has been with Smelt Interieurbouw since December 2012, working on projects such as the renovation and delivery of cottages at Center Parcs De Huttenheugte and Center Parcs De Eemhof. Prior experience includes roles as Assistent Uitvoerder at Aannemersbedrijf de Combi Deventer B.V. and Scheepstimmerman & Voorman at Westerbeek, among others, culminating in a strong foundation in woodworking and restoration. Rogier holds multiple relevant qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Antiekrestauratie from West Dean College and a Kader Opleiding Bouw & Utiliteit.
