Alex Rosenfeld has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Alex began their career as an Asst. Product Manager at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency in 1996 and stayed in that role until 1999. In 2000, they joined Nationwide Insurance as a Product Manager and held this position until 2003. From 2004 to 2006, Alex worked as a Master Claims Adjuster at Nationwide Insurance, where they managed property claims and trained new claims adjusters. Alex then joined Farmers Insurance as an Auto and Homeowners Product Manager from 2006 to 2008 before transitioning to the role of Workers Compensation Product Manager from 2008 to 2013. After that, they joined Marsh as a Risk Consultant - Private Client Services, where they specialized in personal insurance solutions for high net worth clients. In 2016, Alex became a Vice President - Account Executive at Hoffman Brown Company Insurance, and later in the same year, they joined Hoffman Brown Company Insurance / Acrisure as a Vice President.
Alex Rosenfeld, CAPI pursued an executive education program called the Chubb Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance Program at The Wharton School from 2019 to 2020. Earlier, from 1989 to 1993, they attended San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Political Science and Economics.
