Jean Schmidt Sphr

Jean Schmidt, SPHR, MBA has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jean is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Hoffmaster Group, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at IDEX Corporation for three years as the Group Vice President of Human Resources. From 2004 to 2015, Jean held various roles at Kohler Co., including Director of HR Global Power Group and Human Resources Manager for Kohler Power Systems. Before joining Kohler, they served as the Human Resources Director at Interior Systems Inc. Jean's diverse experience has equipped their with a strong understanding of HR practices and strategies.

Jean Schmidt, SPHR, MBA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business at Marian University of Fond du Lac from 1996 to 1999. Jean went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Marquette University, which they completed from 2001 to 2003.
