Kateřina Zázvorková is an experienced regional and branch manager with a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and people management within the recruitment sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager and previously as Branch Manager at Hofmann Personal Česká republika since January 2019, Kateřina has successfully driven business activities, fostered long-term client relationships, and managed consultant teams. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Randstad Czech Republic and ManpowerGroup, where responsibilities encompassed team motivation, performance evaluation, and business growth strategies.
