Leif Olsen

Director Of Regulatory Sciences at Hogan & Hartson

Leif Olsen has a wealth of experience in the field of regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Their career began at Fisher Scientific Company in 1978, where they served as a Microbiologicals Production Supervisor until 1983. Leif then moved on to BioWhittaker, Inc., where they held the role of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance from 1983 to 2001. During this time, Leif directed and maintained compliance activities, as well as managed new product submissions to FDA. In 2001, Leif joined Hogan Lovells US LLP as the Director of Regulatory Sciences. In this role, they provided assistance to clients on FDA quality system regulation issues and conducted employee training and audits for compliance.

Leif Olsen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General and Chemistry from Milligan College, where they studied from 1969 to 1973. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences at Hood College from 1974 to 1978.
