James Adams is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in finance transactions. James has worked at Hogan Lovells as Partner, Counsel, and Senior Associate, representing various clients in complex domestic and cross-border finance deals. Prior to that, James was an Associate at DLA Piper and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where James specialized in asset-based lending transactions. James holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History and Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
