Stéphane Roos

Stéphane Roos is an experienced professional in the fields of sustainability, engineering, and management. Currently serving as Sustainability and Analytical Services Manager and Maintenance Manager at Höganäs AB since September 2020, Stéphane has focused on enhancing reliability through a data-driven maintenance approach and reorganizing the Maintenance Department. Prior to this role, Stéphane was Utilities Manager at Cosucra Groupe Warcoing SA, where production efficiency and worker safety were improved alongside the creation of a production KPIs dashboard. As Senior Consultant at Greenfish, Stéphane analyzed operational data and developed extensive working procedures for clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Director - Quality and Methods at ESCO COUPLINGS, managing a significant project for a new assembly line and establishing manufacturing subsidiaries in India and China. Stéphane began a career as a Technical Buyer at Caterpillar Inc., focusing on supplier development for mechanical parts. Stéphane holds a Master of Engineering in Electromechanics from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Data Science Nanodegree from Udacity.
