Hazem Sami Hussein

Hazem Sami Hussein is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and ICT project management. Currently leading projects at HOI MEA since October 2021, Hazem focuses on customer service and vendor relationships in the telecom installation sector. Previously, as SCN Technical Lead at Smartworld, responsibilities included project scheduling and ICT/ELV consultancy for notable projects such as Dubai International Airport and EXPO2020. Hazem has held various technical and managerial roles across several companies, developing strong expertise in network cabling, system integration, and project execution since starting as a Project Engineer at Bin Harmal Tech Enterprises Est. in 1999. Hazem holds a BSc degree in Communication and Electronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
