Anne-Maria Mikkonen

Anne-Maria Mikkonen has a solid work experience in the food and restaurant industry. Anne-Maria began their career at HOK-Elanto liiketoiminta Oy in 2006, where they worked as a Business Concept manager and later became a Restaurant manager. In 2013, they joined HOK-Elanto as a Food Lab Manager and Concept Designer, a role they held until December 2016. Anne-Maria then worked as a Project Manager, focusing on Employer and Customer Experience, from January 2017 to August 2018. From August 2018 to October 2019, Anne-Maria worked as a Business Designer, specializing in developing and designing new projects. Anne-Maria then held the position of Head of Brands and Design I Restaurants from October 2019 to January 2021. Following this, they became the Head of Development and Design I Restaurants from January 2021 until June 2023. As of November 2022, Anne-Maria is currently in their role as Head of Development & Design I Grocery & Restaurants at HOK-Elanto.

Anne-Maria Mikkonen completed their education in two separate periods. From 1999 to 2004, they attended Lahden Ammattikorkeakoulu Muotoiluinstituutti, where they focused on package design. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they studied at Jollas instituutti, specializing in PROFF. Unfortunately, there is no information regarding any degrees obtained during these educational experiences.
