Donald Cremers, IIDA has a strong background in interior design, with experience working for various prestigious firms throughout their career. Donald began their career at Strauss Brereton in 1985 as an Interior Designer and later moved on to Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) in 1987, where they continued their work in interior design. In 1989, they joined The Pfister Partnership as an Interior Designer and then transitioned to Gensler in 1991. At Gensler, they worked as an Interior Designer before eventually becoming an Associate Principal. In 1994, Cremers joined SMWM as an Associate Principal and remained with the firm until 2007. During their time at SMWM, they played a significant role as an Interior Designer and was involved in various projects. Most recently, Cremers has been working at HOK since 2007 as a Senior Principal and Interior Designer, where they lead projects and contributes their expertise to the firm.
Donald Cremers, IIDA studied industrial design at The University of Kansas from 1980 to 1985. Donald obtained their EDAC certification from The Center for Health Design in October 2015. Additionally, Donald holds a California CID certification and a LEED AP certification from USGBC, but further information about their institutions is not provided.
