Jay Hardman

Jay Hardman is an accomplished Sr. Interior Design Professional at HOK since February 2016, with a strong background in interior architecture and design. Prior experience includes serving as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, participating in the development of an automated biolab project, and holding the position of Sr. Research Assistant at Drexel University's Design Futures Lab, focusing on teaching, digital fabrication, and grant writing. Hardman has also worked as a freelance designer and fabricator, a Conservation Technician at Material Conservation Co., and a Carpenter/Craftsman with Phillip Johnson Construction, gaining expertise in architectural drawings and building techniques. Notable early experience includes work as a Scenic Artist for Paramount Pictures, contributing to various media productions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Interior Architecture from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of the Arts.
