Jimmy Woods

Jimmy Woods has extensive experience in property management and maintenance, serving as the Director of Maintenance and Property Manager at Hokanson Companies, Inc. since July 2018. Prior to this role, Jimmy held the position of Building Superintendent at Hokanson Companies from July 2010 to August 2019, where responsibilities included supporting maintenance staff and overseeing day-to-day operations. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix, as well as a certificate of completion in HVACR from Ivy Tech Community College.
