Ioana D.

Ioana D. has been in the credit and finance industry for over 10 years. Ioana began their career in 2010 as an Operations Manager at Southport Industries. In 2012, they moved to Office Depot as a Credit Process Analyst. In 2014, they joined Caatalyst Profit Recovery as a Marketing and Audit Assistant, where they were responsible for coordinating the development of marketing and PR for the organisation, as well as analysis and research for new clients. In 2015, they took on a Credit Management role at Wolverine Worldwide, and in 2021 they joined Hokodo as a Credit Analyst.

Ioana D. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2008. Ioana then pursued a Masters in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Babeș-Bolyai University. In 2015, they obtained a Credit Risk Analysis certification from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).
