Mon de León

Mon de León has a diverse background in marketing and advertising. They started their career as a Creative Copywriter at A Bunch of Monkeys, where they collaborated with art directors to create effective advertisements. They then moved on to become the Head of Copywriters/Creative Associate at Chile N Polvo, where they helped start a new advertising agency and attracted new clients within six months. Mon de León then worked as the Head of Content at Likeable Media México, where they focused on strategic elements of online content for various clients. They joined bee as the Social Media Lead, managing the digital area and coordinating the content, design, and community management teams. Mon de León then worked at Matrix Marketing Out of the Box as a Social Media Manager and was quickly promoted to Head of Social Media Strategy and Digital Operations. In their role, they employed social media strategies to promote businesses' products and services. Currently, Mon de León works as the Creative Director at Apofenia Studio, where they develop brand strategies and present solutions aligned with clients' strategic goals. They excel in understanding clients' needs and translating them into comprehensive briefs for the creative team. Most recently, Mon de León joined HolaDoctor, Inc. as the Social Media and Digital Marketing Director, working with a team focused on health and wellness.

Mon de León completed their undergraduate degree in Communication at UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 2007 to 2012. In 2020, they took a short course on Marketing titled "How to Drive Actions Online, in Stores, and in Mobile Apps" at Facebook.
