Aleksandar Radosevic

Aleksandar Radosevic has held various roles throughout their work experience. Aleksandar started their career in 1998 at Generali as the Head of Payroll, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they served as a SAP Expert HR at AMAG. In 2006, they joined Holcim Group Services LTD, initially as a SAP Expert HR until 2009. Aleksandar then progressed to roles such as Head of HR Application Services from 2009 to 2013 and Head of HR Solutions and Services from 2013 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Digital Solutions & Integration at Holcim Group Services LTD, starting in 2020.

Aleksandar Radosevic completed their Commercial Apprenticeship at KV Baden from 1991 to 1994. Aleksandar then attended KV Business School Zürich from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Personalfachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, such as HR Analytics Leader from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2019, Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) from Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute) in 2018, and others. Aleksandar also holds certifications in SAP HR from SAP in 2001.
