Ayu Gustina

Ayu Gustina has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ayu started their career in 1994 as an Internal Controller at PT Bank Tiara Asia, where they reported deficiencies in bank transactions and provided management recommendations. Ayu then worked at PT Bank Papan Sejahtera as a Sales and Marketing Officer, Customer Relation Officer, and Platform Service, where they advised customers on funding and lending, maintained customer accounts, and developed relationships with customers. Ayu then joined RGMI - Raja Garuda Mas Indonesia as an Internal Auditor, responsible for assessing business risk and conducting various audit programs. Ayu later worked at PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper as an Internal Controller, overseeing the system of internal control. Ayu also served as the Leadership Development Head, where they designed people development programs and facilitated soft skills workshops. Ayu then joined PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper as an IADDy Manager, managing internal audit projects and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Ayu briefly worked as an Internal Audit Manager at PT Nipindo Primatama before joining PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia as the Vice President (Transformation & Performance). In this role, they assisted the CEO in designing and managing country strategies and action plans to increase sustainability and profitability. Ayu also managed initiatives related to health and safety, people development, sustainability, and performance programs. Ayu then transitioned to the position of Audit & Internal Control Senior Manager at the same company, overseeing internal audit activities and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Ayu Gustina has a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus on Accountancy from the University of Syiah Kuala in Indonesia. Additionally, they have completed several short-term courses in various fields, including Global Investigation at Holcim Academy in Switzerland, Human Resources Development - Advance Facilitator at Universitas Syiah Kuala, and Finance for Non Finance at INSEAD University in France.
