Julio Villon

Julio Villon is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles within the industry. Currently serving as Manager Mining Engineer at Holcim since June 2023, Villon previously held positions as Mining Engineer at Lhoist, Quarry Manager at LafargeHolcim, and Quarry Manager at Drake Cement LLC. Villon also contributed to UNACEM as Jefe División Materias Primas and began their career as Jefe de sección at Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. Julio Villon holds a Master's degree in Mining Law from the University of Arizona and a degree in Mining Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
