Sonya Carballares

Sonya Carballares is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Senior Manager at Holcim since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Reward Manager at Oerlikon, where responsibilities encompassed global leaders compensation management, executive compensation reporting, and gender pay equity, as well as Head of Base Compensation at The Adecco Group, overseeing global compensation reviews and grading.
