Carol McCullough

Carol McCullough has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and business operations, having served as a Revenue Cycle Director and Business Operations Manager. Following retirement in 2017, Carol continued to contribute to the field through various roles at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems from 2005, where responsibilities included managing billing and accounts receivable, implementing clinical services and billing systems, and supporting behavioral health programs in compliance with revenue cycle requirements. Previous experience also includes serving as Regional Director at Northwestern Human Services, managing the revenue cycle for multiple behavioral health programs across various locations. Carol holds a Master's degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is seeking a leadership role in a nonprofit setting.
