Luis Pacheco

Luis Pacheco has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Luis has held various leadership roles at different companies, including Aramark, Reliance Worldwide Corporation, Diamond Crystal Brands, Axiall Corporation, Sun Capital Partners, Jarden Consumer Solutions, and Goodrich.

At Aramark, they currently serve as the Vice President Product Design, Global Sourcing and Manufacturing. In this role, they lead a team of 1800 employees and manages a budget of over $600 million for the Uniform Division.

Prior to Aramark, Luis worked as the Vice President Global Procurement at Reliance Worldwide Corporation. Here, they managed $652 million of global procurement spend, developed a global procurement strategy, and negotiated cost reductions with suppliers.

Before that, they served as the Vice President Supply Chain at Diamond Crystal Brands, where they managed procurement and transportation expenses, operations planning, and formed a high-performing team.

Luis also worked as the Director Corporate Sourcing at Axiall Corporation, Director Global Sourcing at Sun Capital Partners, Director of Supply Chain and Director of Continuous Improvement at Jarden Consumer Solutions, and as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Goodrich.

Throughout their career, Luis has demonstrated a track record of optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, improving customer service, and implementing best practices.

Luis Pacheco has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. In addition to their degrees, Luis has also pursued additional certifications, including CPIM from APICS and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Jarden Consumer Solutions.
